A 35% non-refundable deposit is taken for

Payment in full by credit or debit card is required for

48 hours
prior

arrival and a 2.5% card charge is applied.

the right to take payment in full

SETTLING THE BALANCE:
The balance of your stay

be
made

Via PayPal (please ask for details)
By credit or debit card
Please note:
A 2.5% charge is applied for payments
made by PayPal and credit/debit cards
and will appear on
statements

being from jandsstott, which is our name and the
name our PayPal and merchant accounts are registered under.
No card charge is made for deposits, but the 2.5% charge is made
for the balance to
help towards the charges imposed on us by
PayPal
and our merchant account.
Reservations made, which are paid in full
by card or PayPal at the
time
of
making the reservation
will incur the 2.5% charge.
CHECKING IN:
Rooms are available from 3:30PM
(We like to be flexible over this so let us know
if you
think
you are going to arrive earlier
or
if you are likely
to be
arriving late. If you arrive early and your
room isn't ready
you are welcome to leave your
luggage and perhaps go
for a walk or a drive until it is)
CHECKING OUT:
To allow us to prepare for new guests arriving we kindly
request
you
vacate your room by 10.30am on departure days.
Beech Hill House is non-smoking
Sorry we don't have the facility
to
accommodate children under 5 years of age.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests are advised to take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance, as a reservation constitutes a legal contract under English Law, if, unfortunately
you have to cancel then deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made on or within 14 days of arrival
will
incur
a charge of 100% of the booking.
No shows will incur a charge of 100% of the booking.
Early
departures will incur a charge of 100% of the booking.
