All Bank Holidays require that a minimum stay is booked.
These are: Easter (3 nights), May Bank Holiday (3 nights),
August Bank Holiday (3 nights)
DEPOSIT:
A £20 per room per night , non-refundable deposit
is
required
by cheque or credit/debit card
to confirm
each
booking.
Payment in full by credit or debit card is taken for
all bookings made
less than
48 hours
prior
to the date
of
arrival and we
reserve
the right to take payment in full
for any booking.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
No charge is made for deposits paid by credit or debit cards.
A £2.00 charge is made for the balance of your stay if paid by credit or debit card to help towards the charges imposed on us by our merchant account.
Reservations made, which are paid in full by credit or debit card at the time of making the reservation will incur the £2.00 charge.
CHECKING IN:
Rooms are available from 3:30PM
(We like to be flexible over this so let us know
if you
think
you are going to arrive earlier
or
if you are likely
to be
arriving late. If you arrive early and your
room isn't ready
you are welcome to leave your
luggage and perhaps go
for a walk or a drive until it is)
CHECKING OUT:
To allow us to prepare for new guests arriving we kindly
request
you
vacate your room by 10.30am on departure days.
Beech Hill House is non-smoking
Sorry we don't have the facility
to
accommodate children under 5 years of age.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation constitutes a legal contract, if, unfortunately
you have to cancel then deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made on or within 14 days of arrival will
incur
a charge of 100% of the booking.
No shows or early
departures
will incur a charge of 100% of the booking.
