The Central Lakes outdoor course within Grizedale Forest Park features tree top adventures galore from zip wires and tree top walkways to bridges and crossings.
On-site facilities include a licensed cafe and picnic area, ample car parking (chargeable) and mountain bike hire. Grizedale Forest Park contains a choice of five cycling trails of varying difficulty to suit all abilities. The park is also popular with walkers, featuring eight waymarked trails and dogs are warmly welcomed throughout the forest.

Containing a selection of exhibits and galleries the museum tell the story of Arthur Stanley Jefferson, and his rise to international stardom with Oliver Hardy, who brought world class entertainment to hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
Laurel and Hardy became a team synonymous with cinematic comedy, working with each other until 1950 and making over one hundred films. Stan and Ollie are part of British comedy culture, and there is no better place to find out about their legacies than at this Ulverston museum, featuring a complete and comprehensive collection of memorabilia.
